Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for certain items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Products damaged due to improper use
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping package (if applicable)
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Our support team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed through the original payment method where applicable.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds may be issued through a bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

Please note that shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to exchange products if:

  • The item is defective.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product was damaged during shipping.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after receiving the order if it meets our return conditions.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a change of mind or another customer-related reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Refund Processing Time

After your return has been approved and received:

  • Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method and banking system.
